This home is a semi-custom, turnkey construction project. The pressed adobe home is 1600 sq/ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath and has a split floor plan. It has a passive solar design with 14% southern glazing. Some green building elements include: a recycled metal roof, a bio-based constructed wetland septic system, and energy efficient weathershield wood clad windows.
